HOW IT IS USED
When boarding, the person holding the card must bring the TransGC Card to the reader of the canceller that is next to the driver or driver. The reader will identify the origin of his trip and the last destination of the line; that’s why when you leave, you will find another canceller who will have to bring your TransGC Card back to you to identify the stop where you get off and the exact amount of your trip (the remaining balance appears on the screen).
DO NOT FORGET TO ACCESS YOUR CARD TO THE EXIT CANCELLER, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO BE COPPERED ONLY ON THE JOURNEY YOU HAVE CARRIED OUT.
If you do not have enough balance at the time of canceling the trip you can travel, unless the balance is 0 or negative, and that amount will be deducted when you reload the card.
This card requires a minimum recharge of € 15 to qualify for the bonuses established by the Sole Transport Authority, and the bonus will not be applied on board the bus, but at the time of recharging the card, adding to the amount of the recharge, the corresponding amount depending on the amount recharged, as follows:
